Refund Policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer may return the delivered Product within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery and request a refund from ZENELEC, it being specified that the return costs are borne by the Buyer.
Additional shipping costs for the returned Product, when the Buyer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than that offered by ZENELEC or the least expensive delivery method offered by ZENELEC, will remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the returned Product, according to the initial payment method of the order, minus the initial shipping costs.
In order to exercise their right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact ZENELEC at info@zen-rad.com.
Any returned Product must be in new condition, namely: not soiled, with the instruction manual and original packaging, in a resalable condition, all without ambiguity.
It is recalled in this regard that the Buyer's liability, in the event of withdrawal after use of the Product, may be engaged with regard to the depreciation of the Product resulting from handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this Product. It being specified that according to the European Commission, these manipulations are those that a consumer could have carried out in a store, for the goods offered for sale there.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
The Buyer may request an exchange, a credit note or a refund of the Product(s) purchased within thirty (30) days from the receipt of their order, under the conditions set out below:
The Buyer is invited to send an email to sav@zenelec.com within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the package by the Buyer, indicating their order references and the reason(s) for the return.
After this period, no exchange or refund request will be taken into account.
The Buyer may choose between an exchange, a credit note or a full refund of the price of the Product(s) concerned by the return if it was made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
The Buyer may choose between an exchange and a credit note for the price of the Product(s) concerned by the return if it was made within a period of between fifteen (15) days and thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.
Given the significant weight and volume of some of our products, the customer may be asked to bear the cost of returning the order.
The exchange, credit note or refund will only be accepted if ZENELEC has received the Product(s) concerned in their original packaging within fourteen (14) days from the Buyer's return request. The Product(s) must not contain any defects other than those specified.
Our products are shipped from France, an EU member country.
In case of delivery to a non-EU country, customs duties will be payable by the Buyer upon arrival.
In case of non-payment of customs duties by the Buyer, no refund of the order will be possible as the repatriation costs of the order will be borne by ZENELEC.
ZENELEC cannot in any way be held responsible in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.
