These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for accessing, browsing, and using the www.zenelec.fr website.
They apply to anyone accessing the Site, whether or not they make a purchase.
Sales made on the Site are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which take precedence over these Terms for all matters concerning orders, payment, delivery, warranties, returns, and refunds.

Article 3 – Acceptance
Any use of the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use.
If the User rejects all or part of these Terms, they must not use the Site.
When a User places an order, they also accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of their purchase.

Costs related to Internet network access, computer hardware, browser, or software remain the exclusive responsibility of the User.
ZEN RAD makes every effort to ensure optimal availability of the Site.

- in case of force majeure.
ZEN RAD does not guarantee permanent availability of the Site.

Article 6 – Customer Account
Account creation is optional unless otherwise indicated.

In case of suspected fraudulent use, loss of credentials, or unauthorized access, the User must inform ZEN RAD as soon as possible.
ZEN RAD may suspend or delete an Account in case of:

- behavior harming the security or proper functioning of the Site.
Article 7 – User Obligations
The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
In particular, they are prohibited from:

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, dissemination, or exploitation, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of ZEN RAD, is prohibited and may lead to prosecution.
The trademarks, logos, and manufacturer references potentially mentioned on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification or compatibility of the products offered.
Article 9 – Customer Reviews
The Site may allow Customers to post reviews about Products or their shopping experience.
Reviews must be written objectively, truthfully, and in accordance with current legislation.
Prohibited content includes:
- injurious, defamatory, or discriminatory content;
- content contrary to public order;
- false or misleading information;
- content infringing on third-party rights.
ZEN RAD reserves the right to moderate, refuse, or delete any review that does not comply with these rules, without having to provide reasons for its decision.

The User may choose to subscribe to the ZEN RAD newsletter to receive information about new products, commercial offers, or news.
This subscription is optional.
The User may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided for this purpose in each email or by contacting customer service.

ZEN RAD has no control over these sites and cannot be held responsible for their content, availability, privacy policy or commercial practices.
The use of these sites is the sole responsibility of the User.

- non-compliant assembly;
- incompatibility resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client;
- temporary interruptions of the Site;
- force majeure events.
These Conditions do not in any way limit the rights enjoyed by the consumer under legal provisions.
Article 16 – Suspension or Interruption of the Site
ZEN RAD may temporarily interrupt all or part of the Site in order to carry out:
- maintenance operations;
- updates;
- technical improvements;
- security operations.
These interruptions do not give rise to any compensation.

ZEN RAD reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time.

Article 18 – Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
Failing agreement, the territorially competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to the protective provisions applicable to consumers.
